Spectators: 6656 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 0) Casavindo's Godfredo Mon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Godfredo Mon came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Casavindo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Godfredo Mon couldn't finish the play. In the 11th minute, Nicasio Faro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorge Lizer hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Casavindo's zone, Santiago Terciero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cipriano Chus came out of the goal and Santiago Terciero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Oscar Hanni made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Godfredo Bernad sent off a good shot on target. In the 31st minute, Santiago Terciero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 33 minutes into the match, ARSENAL D. T.'s Placido Diegotxe broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Santiago Terciero charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santiago Terciero the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 35th match minute, ARSENAL D. T. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Terciero to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the game, Ernesto Gergori was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Casavindo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ARSENAL D. T. the free kick. Evelio Rito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cipriano Chus having to interfere. After having played for 46 minutes, Evelio Rito managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ARSENAL D. T.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Evelio Rito was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Blas Telesforo hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Santiago Terciero made a kick off. A collision led to Casavindo getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Jorge Lizer hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Casavindo's zone, Evelio Rito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cipriano Chus came out of the goal and Evelio Rito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Godfredo Mon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, Casavindo's Godfredo Mon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oscar Hanni narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 68 played minutes ARSENAL D. T. got a freekick which was hit by Arnulfo Abar. In the 77th minute, Narciso Indartsu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the ARSENAL D. T. defense, Godfredo Mon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oscar Hanni. The ARSENAL D. T. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oscar Hanni should have stopped the shot. Cipriano Chus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Narciso Indartsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. If Santiago Terciero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Casavindo's Cipriano Chus got control of the ball when Evelio Rito tried to sneak it across the goal line. Casavindo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
