After a defensive mix-up in Chaguaral's zone, Emilio Eufrasio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Cordarin came out of the goal and Emilio Eufrasio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Constantino Vellito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Constantino Vellito in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leo Cordarin saved Chaguaral from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodosio Francis in the 9th minute of play forced Chaguaral's goalkeeper Leo Cordarin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 10 minutes into the game, C. A. Gorila's Teodosio Francis nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leo Cordarin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Dalmacio Tohias who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 16thth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ladio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicasio Remicio during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of C. A. Gorila booed when Chaguaral was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicasio Remicio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Chaguaral defense, Teodosio Francis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leo Cordarin. The Chaguaral fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leo Cordarin should have stopped the shot. Dalmacio Tohias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Jonathan Ladio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When C. A. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edelmiro Vidal made a kick off. Constantino Vellito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Cordarin having to interfere. In the 68th minute, Edelmiro Vidal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 69 minutes, Cecilio Cordarrell mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. A. Gorila and the Chaguaral players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cecilio Cordarrell hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. An unexpected shot in the 75th minute by Constantino Vellito got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The Chaguaral supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching C. A. Gorila's performance. The match ended with a win for C. A. Gorila.
