Ovidio Berbiz, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Jogo Bonito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Beat came free, but Basilio Rainerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Lidon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Basilio Rainerio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laoreo LP's Joel Lidon got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Felipe Beat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 29 minutes, Joel Lidon made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Jogo Bonito FC's Basilio Rainerio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 32 minutes into the match, Laoreo LP's goal looked a bit too open when Severino Urtun came free, but Placido Esquipula reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
