Spectators: 6766 (Terracing: 5100, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 10) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ignacio Leoiar got the match started through his kick off. Saul Oihan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leandro Mendebal struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Saul Oihan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ZionTeam. 27 minutes into the game, Silvio Lopez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Villaguay FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ZionTeam the free kick. Saul Oihan had in the 28thth minute some difficulties stopping Alejo Txilar's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Generoso Jurdan kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Anacleto Huly charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anacleto Huly the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th match minute, Villaguay FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anacleto Huly to maneuver through the defense. After 31 played minutes, ZionTeam's Alejo Txilar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Saul Oihan came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ZionTeam reached it. When Villaguay FC's Ignacio Leoiar in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. If Ignacio Leoiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in ZionTeam's zone, Ignacio Leoiar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedicto Micael came out of the goal and Ignacio Leoiar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

53 minutes into the match, Villaguay FC's goalkeeper Saul Oihan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Higinio Daunte. In the 54th minute of the match, Leandro Mendebal tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Saul Oihan saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After 55 minutes of play Villaguay FC's Anacleto Huly was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 55 played minutes Villaguay FC got a freekick which was hit by Anacleto Huly. With his leg Saul Oihan managed to avoid a goal in the 58thth minute, when ZionTeam's Higinio Daunte fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Higinio Botello during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 64th minute, one of ZionTeam:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ZionTeam. The referee gave Villaguay FC a penalty, 66 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Camilo Brais, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of ZionTeam's Benedicto Micael. 1-1. A collision led to ZionTeam getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Leandro Mendebal hit a great ball. Higinio Botello got his second yellow card in the match during the 84th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Villaguay FC booed when ZionTeam was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Higinio Botello didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edelmiro Nerio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Edelmiro Nerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Micael having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edelmiro Nerio in the 98th minute of play forced ZionTeam's goalkeeper Benedicto Micael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 99 minutes, Elpidio Amato mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ZionTeam and the Villaguay FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to ZionTeam getting a freekick after 99 minutes play. Elpidio Amato hit a great ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
