Spectators: 7123 (Terracing: 5325, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 142) Arturo Felipo made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Argoitz in the 3rd minute of play forced Monsalvo AFC's goalkeeper Gaspar Gabon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 5th minute, Valentin Niguel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 6th match minute, Rosario Central was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Oro to maneuver through the defense. Gaspar Gabon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patricio Argoitz in the 18th minute of the match. Valentin Niguel scored 2-0 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Narciso Fidensio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Patricio Argoitz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaspar Gabon having to make a save. The crowd rose to their feet as Valentin Niguel kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Narciso Fidensio. That made the score 3-0 in the 28 minute of play. Gogo Orain's late challenge caught a Monsalvo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gogo Orain helped the player get up and apologised. Gogo Orain kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Narciso Fidensio made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Valentin Niguel sent off a good shot on target. Antonio Oro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gaspar Gabon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. Valentin Niguel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Urtats in the 44th minute of play forced Rosario Central's goalkeeper Narciso Fidensio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Patricio Argoitz came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Rosario Central fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Argoitz couldn't finish the play.

After a defensive mix-up in Rosario Central's zone, Valentin Niguel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Narciso Fidensio came out of the goal and Valentin Niguel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Valentin Niguel struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Narciso Fidensio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monsalvo AFC. Antonio Oro kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Valentin Niguel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Narciso Fidensio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Narciso Fidensio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Urtats, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. If Patricio Argoitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rosario Central's Narciso Fidensio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arturo Felipo in the 74th minute of play. After 76 played minutes, Monsalvo AFC's Christian Gaueko shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Narciso Fidensio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Monsalvo AFC reached it. Gogo Orain hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Valentin Niguel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Antonio Oro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Gaspar Gabon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 94 played minutes Monsalvo AFC got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Rioja. Rosario Central's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
