Aldo Quin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Saucecito AFC booed when Telma Darthes FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eleuterio Crescencio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Aldo Quin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saucecito AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Quin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horacio Ofelio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aldo Quin was the one to do the kick off. Emiliano Ugutz made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Horacio Maurin sent off a good shot on target. Aldo Quin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute Jimeno Derwin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Ugutz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
