In the 15th minute, Nestor Amaya made a precise shot to the right of Ramiro Favila. Zuberbühler FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Amadeo Gamus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zuberbühler FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeo Gamus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leopoldo Geleberto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 27thth minute of the game Nestor Amaya who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Zuberbühler FC's Ramiro Favila was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 29 played minutes Zuberbühler FC got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Gamus. If Nestor Amaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After the first half Club Atlético La Plata were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Ramiro Favila was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Jimeno Dimo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 53 minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Jimeno Dimo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Ramiro Favila was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 69th minute Fernando Bixintxo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leopoldo Geleberto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
