Spectators: 7052 (Terracing: 5398, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Victorio Derwin took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Huasapampa's Emilio Nisio got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 4 minutes into the match, Eleuterio Sergi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaston Umbruso. Huasapampa's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eleuterio Sergi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. 9 minutes into the match, La Vieja Confiable's goal looked a bit too open when Pastor Demesio came free, but Severo Lucero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute, Eleuterio Sergi fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gaston Umbruso, passed just outside the right post. Severo Lucero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Demesio in the 18th minute of play. Gaston Umbruso made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Atilano Martxelin sent off a good shot on target. If Miguel Iztal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in La Vieja Confiable's zone, Pastor Demesio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severo Lucero came out of the goal and Pastor Demesio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pastor Demesio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute, Miguel Iztal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 43 minutes, David Salomone mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Huasapampa and the La Vieja Confiable players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 43 played minutes Huasapampa got a freekick which was hit by David Salomone. After 44 played minutes Huasapampa got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Demesio. If Miguel Iztal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Miguel Iztal came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the La Vieja Confiable fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Iztal couldn't finish the play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eleuterio Sergi to make the kick off. Gaston Umbruso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Iztal in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute of the match Hermengildo Jayvier shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gaston Umbruso showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Eleuterio Sergi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 65 minutes, Delmar Gutxi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Huasapampa and the La Vieja Confiable players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 65 played minutes Huasapampa got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Gutxi. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleuterio Sergi in the 66th minute of play forced Huasapampa's goalkeeper Gaston Umbruso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Severo Lucero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorio Derwin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 72 played minutes, La Vieja Confiable's Pascual Pacorro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gaston Umbruso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in La Vieja Confiable reached it. Miguel Iztal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleuterio Sergi in the 74th minute of play forced Huasapampa's goalkeeper Gaston Umbruso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Miguel Iztal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Huasapampa! In the 84th match minute, La Vieja Confiable was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Selmo to maneuver through the defense. Emilio Nisio got in the 85th minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Severo Lucero. This was a shot which ended in a score of 2-1. Gaston Umbruso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eleuterio Sergi in the 96th minute of the match. In the 97th minute, Eleuterio Sergi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gaston Umbruso was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Huasapampa's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
