A very good chance. Anastasio Rafe charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anastasio Rafe the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th minute, Anastasio Rafe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Quinteros in the 14th minute of play forced Lalaine Team's goalkeeper Everardo Mikelar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fausto Quinteros in the 16th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Everardo Mikelar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Fausto Quinteros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Everardo Mikelar made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Baltasar Dalmau sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Lalaine Team's Everardo Mikelar got control of the ball when Baltasar Dalmau tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th minute Fausto Quinteros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Everardo Mikelar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Baltasar Dalmau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Mikelar having to interfere. Fausto Quinteros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isaac Menendo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Laureano Kepa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 48 minutes into the game, Romeo Fliz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calvo FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lalaine Team the free kick. After 48 played minutes Calvo FC got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Fliz. After the first half Lalaine Team were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fausto Quinteros to strike the kick off in the second half. Efrain James kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaac Menendo got free with Laureano Kepa in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Casimiro Haritz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Fausto Quinteros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Calvo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Fausto Quinteros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Everardo Mikelar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 60 minutes, Domingos Flores mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Calvo FC and the Lalaine Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 60th minute, Domingos Flores hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, Calvo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Casimiro Haritz came free, but Laureano Kepa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 64 played minutes Lalaine Team got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Darien. In the 69th minute, one of Lalaine Team:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lalaine Team. Everardo Mikelar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fausto Quinteros, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. If Isaac Menendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mateo Araoz kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Virgilio Edwardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Fausto Quinteros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Everardo Mikelar was relentless in the 96th minute of the game. Baltasar Dalmau struck a weak shot in the 98th minute. Everardo Mikelar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calvo FC.
