To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emilian Şimonca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Everardo Mikelar having to interfere. 85 minutes into the game, Lalaine Team's Isaac Menendo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christian Uxio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Lalaine Team were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sheffield for a fine match.
