Spectators: 6893 (Terracing: 5388, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 5) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Benicio Shantala took the kick off in the first half of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Belgrano FC's Efrain Frantzes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Gustavo Aznaro. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. Marcial Beltza succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 10th playminute. Benicio Shantala's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gogo Gurutz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. If Efrain Frantzes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 23 minutes into the game, Cipriano Breogan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belgrano FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hunter FC the free kick. With a little luck, Hunter FC's Gustavo Aznaro got control of the ball when Marcial Beltza tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Marcial Beltza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 36 played minutes Hunter FC got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Iraitz. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Marcial Beltza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgrano FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marcial Beltza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustavo Aznaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Belgrano FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. David Azevedo hit a great ball. When Hermengildo Kaiet fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hunter FC's protests and gave Hermengildo Kaiet a yellow card for diving instead. Hermengildo Kaiet hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Belgrano FC's Marcial Beltza got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Jacinto Emeterio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hunter FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Emeterio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gogo Gurutz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jacinto Emeterio who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Gogo Gurutz when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Erubiel Cristofor's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gogo Gurutz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Gogo Gurutz came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Hunter FC's Jacinto Emeterio. But to his dismay, Jacinto Emeterio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 67 minutes into the match, Belgrano FC's goalkeeper Gogo Gurutz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jacinto Emeterio. Jacinto Emeterio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Clemente Henrico kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Hunter FC's zone, Efrain Frantzes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gustavo Aznaro came out of the goal and Efrain Frantzes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacinto Emeterio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Jacinto Emeterio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st match minute, Belgrano FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. If Marcial Beltza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hunter FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
