Amado Txatxu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Batista in the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, AC Mesada's goal looked a bit too open when Luisito Columbo came free, but Celso Beliran reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amado Txatxu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julio Mannie's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. 22 minutes into the match, AC Mesada's goalkeeper Celso Beliran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hermengildo Chucho. After 26 minutes of play, AC Mesada's Julio Mannie made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amado Txatxu was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 29th match minute, AC Mesada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edelmiro Inguma to maneuver through the defense. Amado Txatxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julio Mannie, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hermengildo Chucho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Celso Beliran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodolfo Clis might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Amado Txatxu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rodolfo Clis ran back to his position shaking his head. If Hermengildo Chucho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luisito Columbo made a kick off. Celso Beliran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermengildo Chucho in the 51st minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hermengildo Chucho in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celso Beliran saved AC Mesada from getting behind. Luisito Columbo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Celso Beliran read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. After 64 played minutes AC Mesada got a freekick which was hit by Guido Batista. AC Mesada's Celso Beliran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito Columbo in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ripamonti's goalkeeper Amado Txatxu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 72 minutes into the match, Ripamonti's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Mannie came free, but Amado Txatxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 74 minutes into the game, Guido Batista was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AC Mesada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ripamonti the free kick. Celso Beliran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Columbo, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. Hermengildo Chucho took the ball and in the 79 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celso Beliran. Celso Beliran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 85th minute, Dalmacio Fonda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, Rodolfo Clis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rodolfo Clis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amado Txatxu having to interfere. The supporters of AC Mesada booed when Ripamonti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teofilo Gagriel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 94 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ripamonti's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eustaquio Heli was slow to take the kick. During this time AC Mesada's players had a chance to rest. In the 95th minute, Ripamonti's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Rodolfo Clis fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Alvaro Tipi hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. Ripamonti succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though AC Mesada had controlled the match.
