Spectators: 7257 (Terracing: 5444, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Bartolo Palben kicked off to start the match. After some careless play in the Arsenal Fútbol Club defense, Gaston Perico kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfonso Ugutz. The Arsenal Fútbol Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfonso Ugutz should have stopped the shot. After 6 played minutes Otumpa AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mauricio Hibai. In the 12th minute, Arsenal Fútbol Club's Gustavo Gil ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rosendo Dolfos. Rosendo Dolfos yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Alfonso Ugutz came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Otumpa AFC's Bartolo Palben. But to his dismay, Bartolo Palben quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustavo Gil in the 22nd minute of play forced Otumpa AFC's goalkeeper Rosendo Dolfos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes into the game, one of Otumpa AFC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. If Oscar Manilan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Arsenal Fútbol Club's Gustavo Gil in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Otumpa AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Gustavo Gil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oscar Manilan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gustavo Gil stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Angelo Onbera kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Otumpa AFC's Rosendo Dolfos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Manilan in the 56th minute of play. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the game, one of Arsenal Fútbol Club:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Otumpa AFC a penalty, 61 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aquiles Primo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Arsenal Fútbol Club's Alfonso Ugutz. 2-3. Oscar Manilan's late challenge caught a Otumpa AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oscar Manilan helped the player get up and apologised. If Oscar Manilan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serafin Gines hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Arsenal Fútbol Club's Oscar Manilan got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arsenal Fútbol Club's Alfonso Ugutz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bartolo Palben in the 75th minute of play. In the 80thth minute of the game Gustavo Gil who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Otumpa AFC's Rosendo Dolfos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bartolo Palben blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Alfonso Ugutz having to make a save. Maximino Clis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Rosendo Dolfos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustavo Gil in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rosendo Dolfos saved Otumpa AFC from getting behind. The supporters of Otumpa AFC booed when Arsenal Fútbol Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermengildo Hodei didn't get a good kick on the ball. The corner led Otumpa AFC's Bartolo Palben to a score. 2-4 in the 98th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Otumpa AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
