Fabricio Burni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alonzo Ferman's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. 8 minutes into the match, Moraleja FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jose Olando came free, but Timoteo Tavio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 12 minutes of play, Moraleja FC's Alonzo Ferman made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fabricio Burni was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 14th minute, Delmar Abechuco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Jose Olando, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 19 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Timoteo Tavio was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After some careless play in the Raíces defense, Alonzo Ferman kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabricio Burni. The Raíces fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabricio Burni should have stopped the shot. Alonzo Ferman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute, Miguel Ourente hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 30th match minute, Moraleja FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roque Filipo to maneuver through the defense. Raíces's Fabricio Burni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alonzo Ferman in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Raíces's goalkeeper Fabricio Burni, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Armando Cisco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Ourente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Timoteo Tavio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jose Olando to strike the kick off in the second half. 58 minutes into the game, Alonzo Ferman recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Fabricio Burni. Alonzo Ferman showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Gonzalo Feliu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Timoteo Tavio having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Atilano Marcones managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moraleja FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Atilano Marcones was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fabricio Burni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Miguel Ourente kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. A long shot from Roque Filipo in the 70th minute of play was well struck, but Fabricio Burni made a really good save at the right post. The supporters of Moraleja FC booed when Raíces was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Ourente didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodolfo Rocendo hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. If Alonzo Ferman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alonzo Ferman in the 91st minute of play forced Raíces's goalkeeper Fabricio Burni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gonzalo Feliu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Timoteo Tavio having to make a save. The attack was good, but when Jose Olando in the 95th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Miguel Ourente's late challenge caught a Moraleja FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miguel Ourente helped the player get up and apologised.
