A collision led to sabalero getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Emiliano Celipe hit a great ball. In the 25th minute of the match Remigio Astudillo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iker Torres showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Danilo Lander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Iker Torres having to interfere. If Aristides Checa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Iker Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danilo Lander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Leo Ixona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, sabalero's goal looked a bit too open when Genaro Lander came free, but Severino Stephen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leo Ixona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Danilo Lander managed to get in a good position for a shot. sabalero's supporters rose to their feet, but Danilo Lander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iker Torres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Danilo Lander stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Basilio Guilabertus lost his temper 52 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Club Atlético 0 Descensos fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 51st minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Iker Torres, was totally fooled by sabalero's Emiliano Celipe, who 54 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aristides Checa got free with Iker Torres in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of sabalero booed when Club Atlético 0 Descensos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Maidana didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Leo Ixona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aristides Checa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Iker Torres made a huge save. Danilo Lander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 86th minute of the match, Danilo Lander tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Iker Torres saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Leo Ixona blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Severino Stephen having to make a save. Leo Ixona struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Severino Stephen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético 0 Descensos. The supporters of sabalero booed when Club Atlético 0 Descensos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adolfo Lander didn't get a good kick on the ball. sabalero were awarded a corner in the 99th minute after Club Atlético 0 Descensos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Emiliano Celipe took the corner. The sabalero players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Club Atlético 0 Descensos from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
