In the 4th minute, Justo Gora hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Higinio Luar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Escobar in the 7th minute of play. When Damian Leoiar came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the ExEmpleados Asociados fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damian Leoiar couldn't finish the play. If Damian Leoiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Higinio Luar came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by ExEmpleados Asociados's Lorenzo Escobar. But to his dismay, Lorenzo Escobar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Leoiar in the 20th minute of play forced Beraza's goalkeeper Higinio Luar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damian Leoiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute Edelmiro Bartuelo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimundo Tibalt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, Damian Leoiar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Higinio Luar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Damian Leoiar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Higinio Luar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bonifacio Valerio in the 46th minute of the match. After 48 minutes, Gogo Chap mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Beraza and the ExEmpleados Asociados players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 48 played minutes Beraza got a freekick which was hit by Gogo Chap. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damian Leoiar in the 49th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Higinio Luar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

In the 58th play minute Damian Leoiar came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Higinio Luar. 0-4. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lorenzo Jerrold during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 63rd match minute, Beraza was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lorenzo Jerrold to maneuver through the defense. Damian Leoiar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damian Leoiar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Luar having to interfere. Beraza's Higinio Luar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lorenzo Escobar in the 71st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Damian Leoiar got free with Higinio Luar in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 82nd minute, Honorio Ihintza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Israel Tebaldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Luar having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Beraza's zone, Damian Leoiar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Higinio Luar came out of the goal and Damian Leoiar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 92 minutes of play, ExEmpleados Asociados's Israel Tebaldo made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Higinio Luar was left in no man's land by his defense there! ExEmpleados Asociados's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
