After a rather tough play, Epuyén's Rene Chano got a free kick in the 22nd minute. If Tadeo Valente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. In the 77th minute, Cleto Piarres made a precise shot to the right of Christian Virila. Arocena's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Epuyén would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
