Spectators: 7100 (Terracing: 5325, Seating: 1633, VIP seats: 142) The audience was convinced that Gabriel Milian's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Uriel Dolfos was relentless in the 10th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gabriel Milian in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uriel Dolfos saved Vera from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bartolo Tancredo in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Uriel Dolfos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 18 minutes into the match, Vera's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Milian came free, but Uriel Dolfos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes in the game, Domingo Roldan fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Julian Markel having to interfere. If Domingo Roldan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Galarza's Julian Markel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Froylan in the 26th minute of play. Uriel Dolfos came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Galarza's Bartolo Tancredo. But to his dismay, Bartolo Tancredo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 35 played minutes Galarza got a freekick which was hit by Eduardo Hori. Domingo Roldan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julian Markel having to make a save. Claudio Froylan struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Julian Markel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vera. The supporters of Vera booed when Galarza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rafael Unai didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Uriel Dolfos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Milian in the 58th minute of play. Domingo Roldan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julian Markel having to interfere. Julian Markel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Froylan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Vera's Uriel Dolfos got control of the ball when Bartolo Tancredo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ariel Lico hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Bartolo Tancredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Uriel Dolfos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Domingo Roldan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Unai walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Galarza's Julian Markel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Froylan in the 87th minute of play. Claudio Froylan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saul Benitez kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match.
