Gaspar Heli scored 1-0 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Leonel Pinto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With an all-out effort, GRAMBY FC's Atilano Chinto threw himself towards the right post 71 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alfredo Oinatz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Gaspar Heli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Oinatz in the 82nd minute of play forced Velez Manda's goalkeeper Atilano Chinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Velez Manda booed when GRAMBY FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodolfo Luix didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaspar Heli in the 89th minute of play forced GRAMBY FC's goalkeeper Leonel Pinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leon Abella struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Leonel Pinto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Atilano Chinto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
