Gaspar Heli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Saul Iago having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Modesto Harriet got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Atilano Chinto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristobal Claris in the 27th minute of play. The supporters of Cadret booed when Velez Manda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benicio Rius didn't get a good kick on the ball.
