Isidoro Cucao hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Naranjito FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 8th minute, when Generoso Totakoxe scored to the left of an out of position Casimiro Gabon, making the score, 2-0. When Guaberto Corderun came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Sunchal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guaberto Corderun couldn't finish the play. After 12 played minutes Naranjito FC got a freekick which was hit by Nunez Cesario. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robustiano Espiridion during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Naranjito FC's Robustiano Espiridion got a free kick in the 14th minute. If Guaberto Corderun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 24 minutes into the match, Naranjito FC's Hilario Raebert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Matias Hondo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Laureano Jayvier kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Guaberto Corderun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sunchal's supporters rose to their feet, but Guaberto Corderun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Casimiro Gabon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Naranjito FC's Casimiro Gabon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Naranjito FC from getting a goal against them. Guaberto Corderun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Gabon having to interfere. After 41 played minutes Sunchal got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Vito. In the 46th minute, Filiberto Nesor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sunchal's Carlos Artizar broke free in the 47th minute of the match and struck a powerful long shot that almost became a goal, but instead the ball went outside the right post. An obvious chance of a goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Generoso Totakoxe was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes Naranjito FC got a freekick which was hit by Gavino Emenon. After recieving a nice pass, Sunchal's Carlos Artizar tried to score from far away in the 53rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Casimiro Gabon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Generoso Totakoxe, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Guaberto Corderun in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Casimiro Gabon saved Naranjito FC from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Guaberto Corderun put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Casimiro Gabon. When Narciso Etxekopar came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Naranjito FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Narciso Etxekopar couldn't finish the play. Generoso Totakoxe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 72 played minutes Sunchal got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Vito. 73 minutes into the match, Naranjito FC's Laureano Jayvier broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Guaberto Corderun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Casimiro Gabon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Sunchal's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hilario Raebert fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Casimiro Gabon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Generoso Totakoxe's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Guaberto Corderun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Vito received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Casimiro Gabon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute Generoso Totakoxe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Gabon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Generoso Totakoxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Casimiro Gabon having to interfere. Matias Hondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilario Raebert, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Sunchal's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
