Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) SUMO's Agustin Urbasa started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Atilano Kiliz, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 2 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Boruc Badanowski was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Atilano Kiliz might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Boruc Badanowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Atilano Kiliz ran back to his position shaking his head. If Agustin Urbasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 13th minute Roque Jeraldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Heli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, C.A.Nueva CHicago's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Urbasa came free, but Santo Heli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Urbez charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Julio Urbez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a defensive mix-up in C.A.Nueva CHicago's zone, Roque Jeraldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santo Heli came out of the goal and Roque Jeraldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Samuel Artaldo struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Boruc Badanowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.A.Nueva CHicago. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A.Nueva CHicago's goalkeeper Santo Heli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Roque Jeraldo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Santo Heli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roque Jeraldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Heli having to interfere. In the 33rd minute, Agustin Urbasa made a precise shot to the right of Santo Heli. C.A.Nueva CHicago's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. If Atilano Kiliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 41 minutes, Roque Jeraldo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SUMO and the C.A.Nueva CHicago players grew even worse after the yellow card. Roque Jeraldo kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 43rd minute, Samuel Artaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A.Nueva CHicago's supporters rose to their feet, but Samuel Artaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boruc Badanowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Atilano Kiliz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Boruc Badanowski was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The wind increased when Atilano Kiliz made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Agustin Urbasa fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Atilano Kiliz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Boruc Badanowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atilano Kiliz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boruc Badanowski having to interfere. SUMO's Boruc Badanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilano Kiliz in the 76th minute of play. Boruc Badanowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuel Artaldo, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Boruc Badanowski came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.Nueva CHicago's Samuel Artaldo. But to his dismay, Samuel Artaldo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Atilano Kiliz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of C.A.Nueva CHicago booed when SUMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eustacio Henric didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Lizar in the 94th minute of play forced SUMO's goalkeeper Boruc Badanowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Samuel Artaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The C.A.Nueva CHicago supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SUMO's performance. The match ended with a win for SUMO.
