Palanca FC's Baldomiro Bingen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodolfo Txaran in the 10th minute of play. In the 11th match minute, Palanca FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Gentza to maneuver through the defense. Baldomiro Bingen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Fernandes in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Carmelo Florian got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Palanca FC's Jesus Ayala in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Club Atletico Brillanté's goalie prevented a goal. Club Atletico Brillanté's Gonzalo Arce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jesus Ayala in the 26th minute of play. If Rodolfo Txaran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 43rd minute, Martin Fernandes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Atletico Brillanté fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jesus Ayala was the one to do the kick off. Maximino Abecia was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 54 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute there was a penalty for Palanca FC. Fabio Raymon stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gonzalo Arce. 1-1. Club Atletico Brillanté's Gonzalo Arce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Florian in the 60th minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Rodolfo Txaran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Atletico Brillanté's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palanca FC the free kick. In the 66th match minute, Club Atletico Brillanté was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Txaran to maneuver through the defense. Isidro Fero kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. When Martin Fernandes came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Club Atletico Brillanté fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Fernandes couldn't finish the play. After 79 played minutes Palanca FC got a freekick which was hit by Fabio Raymon. Martin Fernandes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 83 minutes into the match, Palanca FC's goalkeeper Baldomiro Bingen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Fernandes. The supporters of Club Atletico Brillanté booed when Palanca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramiro Enaut didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carmelo Florian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzalo Arce having to interfere. Alberto Gentza kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. After 94 minutes Palanca FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ariel Pere who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Nunez Filipo heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Gonzalo Arce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carmelo Florian, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The Palanca FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Club Atletico Brillanté's performance. The match ended with a win for Club Atletico Brillanté.
