Andres Lon was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Esteve Arce. The supporters of Instituto CBA booed when Pech a pedazos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Totakoxe didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Instituto CBA's goal looked a bit too open when Nicasio Oxel came free, but Javier Sandaili reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cecilio Sotil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Lon having to interfere. In the 20th minute, Pech a pedazos's Enrique Dominix seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Enrique Dominix the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Pech a pedazos protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Enrique Dominix had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Filiberto Gorosti shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. The supporters of Instituto CBA booed when Pech a pedazos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Totakoxe didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pech a pedazos's Dante Bertin got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cecilio Sotil's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Andres Lon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. When Agustin Reyes came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Pech a pedazos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agustin Reyes couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Instituto CBA getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Filiberto Gorosti hit a great ball. In the 43rd minute, Dante Bertin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Urbano Totakoxe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cecilio Sotil made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Instituto CBA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Agustin Reyes fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Dante Bertin was extremely unlucky when he, in the 54th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Dante Bertin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Dante Bertin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Instituto CBA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 61st minute, when Jaime Gauargi scored to the left of an out of position Javier Sandaili, making the score, 0-1. Dante Bertins short, quick shot in the 65thth minute got Javier Sandaili to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 67 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Pech a pedazos's Dante Bertin fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 68th play minute Dante Bertin came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Javier Sandaili. 0-2. After 73 minutes of play, Pech a pedazos's Dante Bertin made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Javier Sandaili was left in no man's land by his defense there! Agustin Reyes recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind Instituto CBA's goalkeeper Javier Sandaili, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Aureliano Belarmo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Instituto CBA getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Luisito Baumer hit a great ball. When Jaime Gauargi fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pech a pedazos's protests and gave Jaime Gauargi a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Instituto CBA booed when Pech a pedazos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Gauargi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aureliano Belarmo during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 94th minute, Aureliano Belarmo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle sounded Pech a pedazos left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Instituto CBA.
