Guaberto Gonza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmar Rameriz, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. If Nunez Urre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Islas getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Bernardino Garikoitz hit a great ball. Guaberto Gonza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nunez Urre in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute Nunez Urre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Gonza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rinconada's Elvio Ferdinand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimeno Montxo in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th match minute, Islas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Lore to maneuver through the defense. After 95 minutes of play, Rinconada's Delmar Rameriz made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Guaberto Gonza was left in no man's land by his defense there!
