The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Roman Txordon to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulo Ixona in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lino Sotero saved Elena from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Elena's Isaac Diagur got a free kick in the 54th minute. Paolo Maule took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lino Sotero. Elena's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 59 minutes, Adolfo Aballe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Naunauco FC and the Elena players grew even worse after the yellow card.
