Teodoro Tancredo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of La Poci FC booed when Bella Vista was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teodoro Tancredo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 24 minutes into the game, Bella Vista's Humberto Harri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Prudencio Tercero made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Bella Vista's zone, Eduardo Sagrario stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guaberto Osorio came out of the goal and Eduardo Sagrario tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Santos Bela took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Prudencio Tercero. Prudencio Tercero dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Prudencio Tercero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Harri in the 35th minute of play.
