Spectators: 6669 (Terracing: 5010, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 5) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Gerardo Maraman started the match with the kick off. Igor Bernat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gerardo Maraman in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 11th match minute, Pigüé was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guaberto Iraitz to maneuver through the defense. Jairo Papo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Bernat having to interfere. Gervasio Peru charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gervasio Peru the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Garuhapé booed when Pigüé was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gervasio Peru didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Gerardo Maraman put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Igor Bernat. If Gerardo Maraman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Geronimo Nuno managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pigüé's supporters rose to their feet, but Geronimo Nuno was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uriel Telmo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Uriel Telmo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Nuno in the 37th minute of play. Gerardo Maraman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Igor Bernat having to interfere. Uriel Telmo stood somewhat misplaced when Geronimo Nuno came free in front of goal and shot 1-2 to the left of him in the 43 minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Gerardo Maraman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 55 minutes of play, Pigüé's Geronimo Nuno made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Uriel Telmo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roman Claus kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Damaso Eder fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Uriel Telmo having to interfere. Igor Bernat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gerardo Maraman's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Maraman in the 76th minute of play forced Pigüé's goalkeeper Igor Bernat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 83 minutes into the game, Jairo Papo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Igor Bernat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 87 minutes, Benedicto Guillelmo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Garuhapé and the Pigüé players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 87 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Garuhapé! In the 97thth minute of the game Gerardo Maraman who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pigüé's Igor Bernat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
