Saul Rafel started the match with the kick off. Gogo Hitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anibal Sal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Damian Estefan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Club Somisa's Efrain Abad sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Damian Estefan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Efrain Abad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 0-1 became the score in the 17th minute when Anibal Sal elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 25th minute Efrain Abad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damian Estefan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efrain Abad in the 27th minute of play forced Carlos Saul FC's goalkeeper Damian Estefan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damian Estefan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anibal Sal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Saul FC's Damian Estefan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efrain Abad in the 40th minute of play. Bernardino Thomas made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Gogo Hitz sent off a good shot on target. 45 minutes into the match, Club Somisa's goalkeeper Bernardino Thomas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gogo Hitz. Gogo Hitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Bernardino Thomas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Edgardo Acevedo's late challenge caught a Club Somisa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgardo Acevedo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Carlos Saul FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Edgardo Acevedo hit a great ball. Carlos Saul FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Efrain Abad 55 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. After having played for 58 minutes, Efrain Abad managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Somisa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Efrain Abad was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Anibal Sal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gogo Hitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bernardino Thomas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Rafel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gogo Hitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardino Thomas having to interfere. Clemente Feo kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Saul Rafel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardino Thomas having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Efrain Abad in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damian Estefan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Club Somisa's Efrain Abad was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 72nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 75th minute Saul Rafel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardino Thomas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Efrain Abad's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damian Estefan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. In the 85th minute, Teofilo Padro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th minute, Miguel Garcia sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Carlos Saul FC's Damian Estefan didn't even have to move. Bernardino Thomas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristo Txomin in the 91st minute of play. If Saul Rafel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 98th minute, Clemente Feo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cosme Iraido took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 99th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bernardino Thomas. Club Somisa's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Club Somisa had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
