Simon Eladio charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Simon Eladio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rawson's Enzo Fonda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Lohitzun in the 92nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Los Zaparrastrozos's zone, Leonel Ourente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fidel Kepa came out of the goal and Leonel Ourente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With 98 minutes on the clock, Guaberto Rutenio commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 98th match minute, Rawson was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guaberto Rutenio to maneuver through the defense. Rawson's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
