After 7 played minutes Rawson got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Rey. Enzo Fonda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Cilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Enzo Fonda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dalmacio Quiroga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Rawson's Guaberto Rutenio got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 24th minute, Severo Celio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rawson fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Feliciano Rey hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Quiroga in the 31st minute of play forced Rawson's goalkeeper Enzo Fonda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
