Fidel Kepa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Egun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Shkëlzen Zogu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 19thth minute of the game Delmiro Guillerme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Zaparrastrozos's Fidel Kepa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Gogo Lohitzun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Zaparrastrozos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gogo Lohitzun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saverio Bento's late challenge caught a CAFC MIDLAND's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saverio Bento helped the player get up and apologised. 26 minutes into the game, one of Los Zaparrastrozos:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When CAFC MIDLAND's Delmiro Guillerme in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Delmiro Guillerme made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Los Zaparrastrozos's zone, Casimiro Egun stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fidel Kepa came out of the goal and Casimiro Egun tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Delmiro Guillerme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidel Kepa having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Shkëlzen Zogu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. CAFC MIDLAND's Roberto Joseph shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 66th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Fidel Kepa but with some difficulty. In the 71st minute, Delmiro Guillerme got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute, Modesto Theodore hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute, Shkëlzen Zogu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Fidel Kepa, passed just outside the right post. After a rather tough play, Los Zaparrastrozos's Simon Eladio got a free kick in the 81st minute. Shkëlzen Zogu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Fidel Kepa made a huge save. Gogo Lohitzun hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Moises Mendebal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the referee blew the final whistle, Los Zaparrastrozos could leave the field as winners, despite CAFC MIDLAND having more of the ball for most of the match.
