Leonardo Abad was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 20th minute, Antonio Burni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Saverio Veremundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Mateo Cordera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 25 minutes, Saverio Veremundo made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Academia Racing Club's Mateo Cordera tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Leonardo Abad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Erdiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Eleuterio Sancho charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, Academia Racing Club's goalkeeper Mateo Cordera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Saverio Veremundo. Leonardo Abad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Erdiano in the 75th minute of the match. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Grana FC's goalkeeper Leonardo Abad, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Grana FC's Antonio Burni got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roman Etxekopar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonardo Abad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. Saverio Veremundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Cordera having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Saverio Veremundo got free with Mateo Cordera in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Grana FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Antonio Burni hit a great ball. If Claudio Erdiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
