Spectators: 6677 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Apolo Rey made the kick off which started today's match. Apolo Francho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Apolo Francho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Pelayo having to interfere. The Mataro AFC fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Mataro AFC's Apolo Rey looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 13 minutes into the match, Mataro AFC's goalkeeper Edgard Rodas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evaristo Dunixi. Edgard Rodas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abel Montel, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Apolo Rey put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Zacarias Pelayo. Zacarias Pelayo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apolo Rey in the 20th minute of the match. Batavia's Zacarias Pelayo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Apolo Francho in the 25th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Apolo Rey in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zacarias Pelayo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Mataro AFC's Apolo Rey in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Batavia's goalie prevented a goal. Llorenc Lazcano scored 0-4 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zacarias Pelayo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Apolo Rey in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zacarias Pelayo saved Batavia from getting behind. 41 minutes into the match, Batavia's goal looked a bit too open when Llorenc Lazcano came free, but Zacarias Pelayo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zacarias Pelayo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Apolo Rey's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Apolo Francho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Zacarias Pelayo made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 62 minutes, Apolo Rey put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Zacarias Pelayo. After having played for 69 minutes, Apolo Francho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mataro AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Apolo Francho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 70thth minute of the game Apolo Rey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Batavia's Zacarias Pelayo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Mataro AFC booed when Batavia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Joey didn't get a good kick on the ball. Uriel Ermano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Apolo Rey in the 76th minute of play forced Batavia's goalkeeper Zacarias Pelayo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Mataro AFC booed when Batavia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquiles Rojelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Zacarias Pelayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Uriel Ermano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abel Montel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
