When Angel Fortun came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Anchorena fans jumped to their feet. Anchorena's Augustinas Zubauskas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Abastas in the 29th minute of play. Bernabe Azevedo struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Aquilino Lluques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Anchorena. Aquilino Lluques was a little too slow when Angel Fortun got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 1-2. With a little luck, Talita's Aquilino Lluques got control of the ball when Bernabe Azevedo tried to sneak it across the goal line.
