Spectators: 7267 (Terracing: 5452, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 144) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Marciano Cloyo took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Bernabe Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Augustinas Zubauskas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Azibar in the 5th minute of play. In the 9th minute of the match, Bernabe Azevedo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Felix Lluis was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 11 minutes into the game, Anibal Quexal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Anchorena's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Uspallata the free kick. A collision led to Anchorena getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Anibal Quexal hit a great ball. Marciano Cloyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Augustinas Zubauskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marciano Cloyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Augustinas Zubauskas having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luciano Nastasio in the 17th minute of play forced Anchorena's goalkeeper Augustinas Zubauskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marciano Cloyo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 21st minute, Isidro Azibar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Augustinas Zubauskas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Uspallata's Felix Lluis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernabe Azevedo in the 27th minute of play. When Angel Fortun came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Anchorena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Angel Fortun couldn't finish the play. Anibal Quexal kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, Anchorena's goal looked a bit too open when Isidro Azibar came free, but Augustinas Zubauskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Mario Haitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anchorena's supporters rose to their feet, but Mario Haitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felix Lluis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bernabe Azevedo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Felix Lluis made a huge save. Felix Lluis came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Anchorena's Angel Fortun. But to his dismay, Angel Fortun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Bernabe Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Lluis having to interfere. Angel Fortun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bernabe Azevedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Anchorena were awarded a corner. Angel Fortun went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angel Fortun in the 58th minute of play forced Uspallata's goalkeeper Felix Lluis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Bernabe Azevedo came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Anchorena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernabe Azevedo couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Uspallata's zone, Bernabe Azevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Felix Lluis came out of the goal and Bernabe Azevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 65 minutes into the game, Anchorena's Angel Fortun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Felix Lluis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 69 minutes into the match, Anchorena's goalkeeper Augustinas Zubauskas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidro Azibar. After a rather tough play, Uspallata's Lucio Sidro got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Felix Lluis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Azevedo in the 77th minute of play. Isidro Azibar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Augustinas Zubauskas made a huge save. Augustinas Zubauskas made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Isidro Azibar sent off a good shot on target. Anchorena's Bernabe Azevedo got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Bernabe Azevedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anchorena's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernabe Azevedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Felix Lluis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 90 minutes into the match, Angel Fortun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Felix Lluis. Uspallata's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Angel Fortun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Bernabe Azevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Lluis having to interfere.
