The referee ignored Los Andes's protests and gave Cristobal Abechuco a yellow card for diving instead. Ambrosio Tomi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Clemente Kiliz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serafino Ferman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd minute, Eliseo Eriz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Clemente Kiliz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Venceslas in the 47th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vicente Venceslas was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Club Atletico Etceteras's Clemente Kiliz got control of the ball when Serafino Ferman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Club Atletico Etceteras's Clemente Kiliz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Venceslas in the 80th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias James in the 84th minute of play forced Los Andes's goalkeeper Ambrosio Tomi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Atletico Etceteras's Elias James got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
