Fermin Ellande stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bernabe Elia's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Nestor Cloyo kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Florencio Bakar shot a long shot in the 16th minute and a light blocked Leo Mergildo hadn't a chance when the ball went into goal on his right side. It was 0-1. Leo Mergildo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Americo Piorno, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Leo Mergildo came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Blakanacri's Americo Piorno. But to his dismay, Americo Piorno quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Bernabe Elia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Aquilino Ranolfo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Blakanacri's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquilino Ranolfo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leo Mergildo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Bernardino Gabirel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Nestor Cloyo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saint Francis Football's supporters rose to their feet, but Nestor Cloyo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fermin Ellande breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bernardino Gabirel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Fermin Ellande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Americo Piorno was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Bernabe Elia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Bernabe Elia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fermin Ellande was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 64th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blakanacri's goalkeeper Fermin Ellande, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Saint Francis Football's Bernardino Gabirel in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Blakanacri's goalie prevented a goal. 70 minutes into the match, Blakanacri's goal looked a bit too open when Bernabe Elia came free, but Fermin Ellande reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fermin Ellande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Elia in the 73rd minute of play. Americo Piorno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Placido Arias charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Placido Arias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 81st minute Bernabe Elia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fermin Ellande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fermin Quirze's late challenge caught a Saint Francis Football's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fermin Quirze helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Blakanacri's Fermin Quirze got a free kick in the 86th minute. Bernabe Elia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermin Ellande having to interfere. After 91 played minutes Blakanacri got a freekick which was hit by Florencio Bakar. Bernardino Gabirel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Fermin Ellande tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
