Ambrosio Tomi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Serafino Ferman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Gaspar Enetz made a huge save. Gilberto Cristos's late challenge caught a Los Andes's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gilberto Cristos helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Los Andes booed when Charlone FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Cristos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gaspar Enetz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Venceslas in the 46th minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vicente Venceslas was the one to do the kick off. Eliseo Gines's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ambrosio Tomi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Cristobal Abechuco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaspar Enetz having to interfere. Gaspar Enetz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Venceslas, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. After 74 played minutes Charlone FC got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Gines. Abel Guilabertus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ambrosio Tomi having to interfere. In the 79th minute, Gilberto Cristos had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. After 79 minutes of play Los Andes's Eliseo Eriz was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Eliseo Eriz hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Serafino Ferman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 90th minute, Cristobal Abechuco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Charlone FC's Gaspar Enetz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Serafino Ferman in the 93rd minute of play. Felipe George sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.
