The referee showed Everardo Illan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to C.S. y D. NewPi Argentino getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Everardo Illan hit a great ball. Manuel Ixona took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saturnino Santiago, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manuel Ixona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Santiago in the 36th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Chumo in the 42nd minute of play forced C.S. y D. NewPi Argentino's goalkeeper Patricio Peyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Patricio Peyo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorino Nikola in the 43rd minute of play. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Victorino Nikola was the one to do the kick off. Niceto Atauri kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Marcelino Odilon, 88 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. NewPi Argentino players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
