Spectators: 6668 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Remes's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Rodrigo Calisto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 14 minutes into the match, Remes's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Otsoko came free, but Roque Miliano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Filipo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Amadeo Ihintza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Isaac Ovando made a precise shot to the right of Roque Miliano. Remes's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Isaac Ovando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Remes getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Rodrigo Calisto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The wind increased when Gregorio Cutberto made the kick off in the second half. Amadeo Ihintza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregorio Cutberto in the 53rd minute of the match. Rodrigo Calisto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roque Miliano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Rodrigo Calisto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roque Miliano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isaac Ovando's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. In the 64th minute Isaac Ovando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Miliano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 65th minute, Rodrigo Calisto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Isaac Ovando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Islas's supporters rose to their feet, but Isaac Ovando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roque Miliano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Daniel Eneto hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Rodrigo Calisto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, Islas's Roque Miliano threw himself towards the right post 79 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Isaac Ovando, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Remes's Roque Miliano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Remes from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Remes's zone, Isaac Ovando stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roque Miliano came out of the goal and Isaac Ovando tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 87th minute, Islas's Isaac Ovando ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Roque Miliano. Roque Miliano yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. After 90 played minutes Islas got a freekick which was hit by Damaso Otsoko. In the 92nd minute, Gregorio Cutberto made a precise shot to the right of Amadeo Ihintza. Islas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. 97 minutes into the match, Islas's Isaac Ovando sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roque Miliano narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
