After a rather tough play, Martillos FC's Ladislao Urbez got a free kick in the 3rd minute. 8 minutes into the match, Martillos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Lucian came free, but Lino Platon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gaston Galindo kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. 11 minutes into the match, Lobos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santo Montay came free, but Nicanor Aznar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Lucian in the 14th minute of play forced Martillos FC's goalkeeper Lino Platon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodoro Benitez scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicanor Aznar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Filiberto Leizarraga during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Martillos FC booed when Lobos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiberto Leizarraga didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Benitez in the 22nd minute of play forced Lobos FC's goalkeeper Nicanor Aznar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Teodoro Benitez took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicanor Aznar. Nicanor Aznar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Teodoro Benitez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Martillos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Teodoro Benitez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicanor Aznar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Virgilio Gagriel took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicanor Aznar. Nicanor Aznar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After some careless play in the Lobos FC defense, Teodoro Benitez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicanor Aznar. The Lobos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicanor Aznar should have stopped the shot. Lino Platon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teodoro Lucian, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Lino Platon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Federico Senen in the 40th minute. Teodoro Benitez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Aznar having to interfere. If Teodoro Benitez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Lobos FC's Edelmiro Farias got a free kick in the 46th minute. Lobos FC's Nicanor Aznar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Benitez in the 48th minute of play.

The wind increased when Teodoro Benitez made the kick off in the second half. Lobos FC's Nicanor Aznar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Lobos FC from getting a goal against them. Lino Platon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Senen in the 57th minute of play. Nicanor Aznar was a little too slow when Virgilio Gagriel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 0-6. Lobos FC's Nicanor Aznar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Lobos FC from getting a goal against them. Lino Platon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teodoro Lucian in the 68th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teodoro Lucian in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lino Platon saved Martillos FC from getting behind. Martillos FC's Lino Platon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiberto Leizarraga in the 69th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Martillos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Sabin came free, but Lino Platon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Martillos FC's Virgilio Gagriel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nicanor Aznar. That made the score 0-7 after 78 minutes of play. Filiberto Leizarraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Platon having to interfere. Federico Senen took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lino Platon. Lino Platon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-7. Ricardo Sabino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Nicanor Aznar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 92 in the game by Teodoro Benitez from a close distance when the talented Nicanor Aznar managed to make a qualified save. Lobos FC's players were relieved.
