Spectators: 7095 (Terracing: 5408, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 30) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Teo Tiso kicked off to start the match. Celestino Aguilera's late challenge caught a Marpla FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celestino Aguilera helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Zapallar getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Celestino Aguilera hit a great ball. Primitivo Frisco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teo Tiso in the 8th minute of play. Teo Tiso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Primitivo Frisco having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Zapallar's Maximino Quinten got a free kick in the 12th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Teo Tiso during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 14 played minutes Marpla FC got a freekick which was hit by Teo Tiso. Maximino Quinten's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cesar Rufo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Cesar Rufo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximino Quinten in the 17th minute of play. If Alfonso Gaspard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cesar Rufo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximino Quinten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute Maximino Quinten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Rufo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Alfonso Gaspard came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Zapallar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfonso Gaspard couldn't finish the play. Maximino Quinten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Cesar Rufo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Primitivo Frisco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aquiles Monte, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 36 minutes into the match, Teo Tiso notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Zapallar's Primitivo Frisco. Primitivo Frisco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maximino Quinten in the 46th minute of play forced Marpla FC's goalkeeper Cesar Rufo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zapallar's Maximino Quinten got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maximino Quinten to strike the kick off in the second half. The corner ended in Candido Abaunza almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Marpla FC's Cesar Rufo did a great save. Teo Tiso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gogo Eguen charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gogo Eguen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gogo Eguen hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Aquiles Monte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Primitivo Frisco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 68 minutes into the game, Maximino Quinten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Cesar Rufo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Aquiles Monte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Primitivo Frisco having to interfere. Teo Tiso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Primitivo Frisco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Teo Tiso fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Aquiles Monte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 81st minute Maximino Quinten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesar Rufo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 82 minutes into the game, Cirilo Millrick was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zapallar's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marpla FC the free kick. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind Marpla FC's goalkeeper Cesar Rufo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cesar Rufo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Gaspard in the 89th minute of the match. Gogo Eguen kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Teo Tiso blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Primitivo Frisco having to make a save. Teo Tiso might have been able to make a better finish in the 97th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Primitivo Frisco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teo Tiso ran back to his position shaking his head. The Marpla FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Zapallar from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
