The supporters of MARÍA PAULA F.C. booed when Los Raboneros FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabricio Eate didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Rami in the 9th minute of play forced MARÍA PAULA F.C.'s goalkeeper Carmelo Martxel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Los Raboneros FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Jeremias Aurre hit a great ball. Jeremias Dino did an outstanding performance 15 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 0-1 to the right of an irritated Roman Silbestre in the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Rami in the 21st minute of play forced MARÍA PAULA F.C.'s goalkeeper Carmelo Martxel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to MARÍA PAULA F.C. getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Dante Sancho hit a great ball. 28 minutes into the match, Los Raboneros FC's Jeremias Aurre broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 29 minutes in the game, Silvano Rami fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Carmelo Martxel having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in MARÍA PAULA F.C.'s zone, Bernardino Estevez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carmelo Martxel came out of the goal and Bernardino Estevez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th minute Silvano Rami shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carmelo Martxel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Silvano Rami managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Raboneros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvano Rami was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carmelo Martxel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Silvano Rami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carmelo Martxel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Estevez in the 54th minute of play. Alonzo Telesforo's late challenge caught a Los Raboneros FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alonzo Telesforo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to MARÍA PAULA F.C. getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Alonzo Telesforo hit a great ball. Silvano Rami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carmelo Martxel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardino Estevez, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. If Bernardino Estevez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Raboneros FC's Hipolito Chucho pulled a muscle in his leg after 83 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Dante Sancho charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dante Sancho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Bartolo Cloyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 95thth minute of the game Bernardino Estevez who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MARÍA PAULA F.C.'s Carmelo Martxel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 96 minutes into the match, Bernardino Estevez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carmelo Martxel. MARÍA PAULA F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bernardino Estevez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. There was no doubt that Los Raboneros FC were the better team. Los Raboneros FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
