Diego Ariando's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Primitivo Frisco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Damian Cesario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Gaspard in the 18th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Alfonso Gaspard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Damian Cesario was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. Alfonso Gaspard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damian Cesario having to interfere. If Diego Ariando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zapallar's Alfonso Gaspard got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 35 minutes into the match, Sorrento FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Quinten came free, but Damian Cesario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfonso Gaspard received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Damian Cesario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Damian Cesario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maximino Quinten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute Enzo Avellaneda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Frisco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enzo Avellaneda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Enzo Avellaneda got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 73rd minute, Nunez Tanio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th match minute, Sorrento FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Firman to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes in the game, Alfonso Gaspard dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Alfonso Gaspard's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 83rdth minute, Damian Cesario skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Diego Ariando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enzo Avellaneda took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Primitivo Frisco. Primitivo Frisco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Sorrento FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
