Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pablo Columbo started the match with the kick off. Gonzalo Bilbo hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. The supporters of Mariño AFC booed when AmBiEnTeRo F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeo Ugaitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariño AFC's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 12th minute of the game, when Amador Lizar after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of AmBiEnTeRo F.C.'s goal. Amador Lizar was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gonzalo Bilbo during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th match minute, Mariño AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Bilbo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Mariño AFC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Amancio Fernandez hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Mariño AFC's zone, Hilario Sustrai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ismael Iraunkor came out of the goal and Hilario Sustrai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The attack was good, but when Pablo Columbo in the 21st minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valentin Monico during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 35th match minute, AmBiEnTeRo F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Monico to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Eustacio Birila managed to get in a good position for a shot. AmBiEnTeRo F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Eustacio Birila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ismael Iraunkor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amado Maria to make the kick off. Mariño AFC's Ismael Iraunkor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save Mariño AFC from getting a goal against them. When Hilario Sustrai got free in front of the goal in the 56th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Ismael Iraunkor was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After 57 played minutes Mariño AFC got a freekick which was hit by Amador Lizar. When Hilario Sustrai came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the AmBiEnTeRo F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hilario Sustrai couldn't finish the play. Inocencio Orlondon struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Hernan Jakes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mariño AFC. If Pablo Columbo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Amado Maria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gonzalo Bilbo got his second yellow card in the match during the 79th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Gonzalo Bilbo hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Ismael Iraunkor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hilario Sustrai went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Mariño AFC's Inocencio Orlondon got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Orlondon in the 95th minute of play forced AmBiEnTeRo F.C.'s goalkeeper Hernan Jakes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The AmBiEnTeRo F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AmBiEnTeRo F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
