Saturnino Derwin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Maximino Lucila made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Chapadmalal got a freekick which was hit by Freddy Ereinotz. Saturnino Derwin hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Lonquimay's Fabricio Jesco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saturnino Derwin in the 59th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Hartz in the 60th minute of play forced Lonquimay's goalkeeper Fabricio Jesco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Lonquimay booed when Chapadmalal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tadeo Abarca didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 66th minute, Maximino Kimetz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fabricio Jesco was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Fabricio Jesco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Hartz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Chapadmalal's Freddy Ereinotz got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes in the game, Ciro Laurgain fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Alejo Sancho having to interfere. If Bartolo Guillelme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 78 played minutes Chapadmalal got a freekick which was hit by Manuel Fernandez. Alejo Sancho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximino Lucila in the 82nd minute of play. Bartolo Guillelme recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lonquimay's Bartolo Guillelme got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Many of Lonquimay's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Lonquimay may have spent more time on the ball, but Chapadmalal were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
