The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edgardo Marques showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Jakes in the 9th minute of the match. In the 13th minute Amador Walme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafino Niva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 15 minutes of play, QUINTEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO's Amador Walme made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Serafino Niva was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 18thth minute of the game Amador Walme who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rancul AFC's Serafino Niva was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 19th minute, Matias Veronica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Jakes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgardo Marques read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. In the 31st minute Amador Walme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Serafino Niva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 34 minutes, Teofilo Salvadore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. QUINTEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teofilo Salvadore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fidel Suero hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Delmar Pirro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Amador Walme to strike the kick off in the second half. Serafino Niva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amador Walme in the 56th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Inocencio Ferdinand during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 58 played minutes Rancul AFC got a freekick which was hit by Inocencio Ferdinand. In the 60th minute, Teofilo Salvadore got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amador Walme blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Serafino Niva having to make a save. Teofilo Salvadore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Rancul AFC's zone, Teofilo Salvadore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Serafino Niva came out of the goal and Teofilo Salvadore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Serafino Niva took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amador Walme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matias Veronica during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Serafino Niva was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Amador Walme showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 76 minute of play. Dante Jakes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Edgardo Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dante Jakes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The QUINTEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing QUINTEROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
