Lino Bartoli's late challenge caught a Rancul AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lino Bartoli helped the player get up and apologised. After 22 played minutes Punkrockers Unidos got a freekick which was hit by Lino Bartoli. Delmar Pirro's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Geronimo Esquipula skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 30 minutes into the match, Punkrockers Unidos's goalkeeper Geronimo Esquipula had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Delmar Pirro. 31 minutes into the match, Rancul AFC's Dante Jakes sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Geronimo Esquipula narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Punkrockers Unidos's goalkeeper Geronimo Esquipula, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Punkrockers Unidos's Virgilio Hunfredo got a free kick in the 37th minute. Punkrockers Unidos's Geronimo Esquipula played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dante Jakes in the 39th minute of play. If Delmar Pirro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Serafino Niva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Niceto Gabrio in the 45th minute of play. Adan Oskitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Serafino Niva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The wind increased when Dante Jakes made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Punkrockers Unidos's zone, Dante Jakes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geronimo Esquipula came out of the goal and Dante Jakes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Geronimo Esquipula showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dante Jakes, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Rancul AFC's Serafino Niva proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Rancul AFC from getting a goal against them. 62 minutes into the match, Punkrockers Unidos's Adan Oskitz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Serafino Niva narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 67th minute, Benigno Eufemio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rancul AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 71 minutes into the match, Punkrockers Unidos's goal looked a bit too open when Delmar Pirro came free, but Geronimo Esquipula reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delmar Pirro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Geronimo Esquipula tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 80 minutes, Serafino Niva successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Adan Oskitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 82nd minute, Niceto Gabrio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Punkrockers Unidos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Adan Oskitz received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Serafino Niva came out and tried to block the shot, but Adan Oskitz slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 88th minute. The Punkrockers Unidos supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Punkrockers Unidos would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
