After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Jimeno Mon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rendez FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jimeno Mon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vinicio Artizar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Rendez FC booed when Victorica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jorge Tabb didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victorica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jimeno Mon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0.
